So we have this MDD Power Mac. It wouldn't boot up at all. When you pushed the power button, it would light up, but thats all. Nothing else would power up. So we replaced the power supply. It seemed to work great after that. For a day. Then, since that day, you have to reset the CUDA switch every time you power up the machine. No CUDA reset, no bootup. What is the deal here? Did this machine have a dead power supply AND a defective logic board? That seemed both unlikely and suspicious, doesn't it?

Oh yeah forgot to mention that. I tested it's battery and its running at a full 3.6 volts exactly.
