I have a new 17" iMac Intel that I would like to ask a couple questions about. After installing Boot Camp I realize that I rather have a larger drive than the 160GB it comes with. Are these upgradable and where would I find an upgrade, I have searched Apple.com and MacMall with no luck. Also can I upgrade the Video RAM to 256 and if so where can I get the RAM at?

Thank you a million.

You can upgrade the hard drive; buy any SATA drive and have it installed by an Apple Authorized repair place (CompUSA does it for $30, doing it yourself is hard and will void your warranty). Newegg.com has a lot of drive options for reasonable prices; I prefer Seagate because they come wiht a 5 year warranty. Current prices are $86 for 250GB, $110 for 300GB, and $255 for 400GB.

Sorry, the VRAM cannot be upgraded.

I wouldn't even bother with installing another internal HDD. Just grab a HHD and a enclosure and run the HDD externally. If you get something that supports firewire, you can boot off it if you wish. (Unfortunately, you won't have this option if you get a USB only enclosure or external HDD.)
