My g4 mini was working fine yesterday but now one of my 2 usb ports isn't working. This is upsetting because I have everything backed up except my i tunes library and now I can't fire up my external drive to transfer it.

Has anyone else experienced this? What should I do, will apple replace my now outdated g4 mini or will they simply repair it?
