After KVM issues, I'm looking at running at running my G3 headless, I bought it used so I don't have the VGA-Mac adapter (that apparently came with it?). Is it just a matter of getting one of these and it'll work fine? If so, is this what I need:

Yes, the B&Ws did originally ship with VGA-DB15 adapters. And the one you linked to should work perfectly.

Do I need to do anything like this to it (adding the wires across the pins)?
