I just installed the Pioneer DVR-K06 in my Mac Mini that seemed to go well and was easy. The drive is able to read dvd and cd, but for some reason the MAC Mini does not see the drive as writeable. I have tried the Patchburn 4.0 and checked the Disk Utility and still the drive shows as non-writeable. This is puzzling and I am new to the Mac World. Is there a way to enter the device settings and activate the writeable feature? Or, is it a software product that forces the issue? Please help with any ideas.
