I've bought a new hard drive for my 20" 2.1GHZ iMac G5 insight but I cannot get it apart. I tried undoing the screws and tugging at it and all I achieved was pulling the front surround off from the screen. I've searched around for a step by step guide but all I have found that if it's an insight then don't do it! I'm no newbie to installing new hard drives but this has me stumped. Can anybody help? Please!
