No, it needs to be a 200 pin sodimm -- not 240 like the one you linked.

I'm using 2 of the I GB RAM Optival modules from Omni Technologies in my iMac Core Duo. Working flawlessly.

Tip: Go to their website thru www.ramseeker.com and you'll get better prices.

When I bought last week, I got both modules (2 GB) for $148 shipped, with lifetime warranty. (Lifetime of the company of course).
