iMac Resets Back to Factory Settings...Keychain Issue?

I did this when I first got my Mac Mini...I can't remember what I did to correct it...now it's doing it on my new iMac 20" Intel Core Duo

Everything from Safari, iTunes, iPhoto and even the Display/Dock RESETS back to Factory Settings after I get this Keychain Error Message...I can't remember the exact message...I'll edit this when it happens again...!!!

Strange. Never seen anything like that before, and I have administered a fair share of Macs.
