Okay.. I'm getting everything ready to order my iMac tomorrow.. But need some help.. I didn't know where to post this at, so I posted it here.. Here are a few things I need help with...
1. What is the best reasonable priced printer for the iMac.
2. Is .Mac worth the price?
3. Do you recommend buying anything else for the iMac? Example. TV Tuner Card, exteral DVD R/W Double, Speakers. ETC.. ETC.
4. What games can't you live without?
Thanks all for your help and hope to be a switcher next week or by the end of this week. PS.. For those who ordered the 20" with 2gb of ram, etc. How long did it take Apple to ship it to you? They say 1 - 3 business days??

Just bought mine, and I'm having it expressed to me. So hopefully by the end of next week I'll have it. I'm still looking at some external items to add to it, like a new DVD R/W drive or a TV tuner card.

Digital 5.1 will work. I hooked up an analog 5.1 and it sounded really good, but I didn't have surround sound. I just had the same thing playing through all speakers. So yeah, if you can, get a digital 5.1 system

OMG *speaker envy* Those are beautiful! They're going to sound SO nice!
BTW, you should get a tablet. Nothing compliments OS X like a Wacom tablet

The sound is fabulous. If you will treat your mac as a primary entertainment hub......like mine is my music system too.....then it is a must buy. Most suited for the mac (in terms of a surround system).
Slightly costly......but then it ensures that it is all you need in the audio end.

Yea, I think I paid 339.00 for mine, that's with tax. I got $30.00 off it from Apple. They should be here today, along with the .Mac software, and I bought a stand and printer today, so now.. all I need is my iMac.
