This morning I woke up to the menu screen of a dvd I was watching and fell asleep to lastnight. The screen was frozen not allowing me to do anything but restart. The restart went fine. Then the option to install the recent upgrades came up and I choose for them to be installed. Im not sure if this was stupid of me but I clicked on the dvd player icon to start watching where ileft off and the screen froze again (when the download/install was about 95-98% done.) So i restarted again...and when I try starting it up it goes for about a min. rather than the usual 20 some seconds. Then it goes to what looks like a command screen that looks like this ( i have picture of the screen as well)

Thanks very much in advance.

I called applecare and trashing my cache folder did the trick.
