I found cracks on back of my imac

I found 2 cracks on back of my iMac in ventilation, if anybody have same thing. Now here in latvia very high temperature. maybe it's from this.

woah, such big pictures. they look more like really bad scuffs to me. do they a clear touch to them or is there a defenate gap? i cant tell from the way to big pictures

It is common for plastics to crack under direct sunlight, that could be the problem.

I don't have any direct sunligth to my mac back, window in room is far away from mac.

Huh, this is wierd. Maybe you could contact Apple if it is still under warrenty, but I don't think they would do anything about it. I hate having my Mac look imperfect, it must be frustrating.

Actually mine arrived with alot of scratch marks on the clear plastic casing. I guess I should call and complain... it's really distracting when light hits it.

Mine did too, but since I had to move a few months after I got it, I figured it would just get scratched anyway.

I dunno if mine has cracks or not. I don't spend much time looking at the BACK of it. I dust it off everyonce in a while, but other than that, I look at the screen.

There's another thread about cracks in the back. Didn't mean to sound harsh in my last post.

I don't think it was decided if they were cracks, or just part of the manufactuering process. As long as your machine is running great, I wouldn't worry about it. But if you are worried, call applecare and see what they say about it.

I can't really tell from your pictures if it's a crack or not. Looks more like a scuff to me.
