Apple Hardware Test CD - Service Provider Version!?

Does anyone know if the hardware test CD that service providers have is available anywhere else?

The logic board on my iMac died, but the hardware test CD that came with my machine said there wasn't anything wrong with it. The engineer that is fixing my machine said his copy of the hardware test flagged it up straight away!
