When I ordered my 20" iMac the Apple UK website said shipment would be within 24 h of placing the order (order was placed 21st July). On the day they were due to send it (24th) shipment was delayed to the 2nd August. On the 2nd August shipment was put back again to 9th August.
I am starting to think that this is because an iMac update will be announced on the WWDC and they stoped shipping the current one around the time I ordered mine.

Any thoughts?

My imac shipdate was delayed to the 24th of August- i am hoing this is te processor update

Delayed until the 24th, yeh, but when was your original ship date?
