Right now I have a 2ghz ppc G5 and I'm thinking of getting a 3ghz Mac Pro.

Will Adobe CS2 run on these machines? If not, then when? All the stats and hype about the machines are all about Final cut Pro and Doom etc. None mention Adobe CS2. Sorry if this is a stupid question.

Please refer to earlier threads in the Applications forum for Intel compatibility questions, since nothing has changed in this respect.

Furthermore, we still have a sticky thread for the Mac Pro in which all discussion of the newest Mac model belongs.
