I was wondering whether anyone may have a good website for purchasing a 1GB stick of RAM for my Intel 20" iMac?

Has anyone seen good deals on these sticks lately?

I am staying far away from buying from apple.ca.

I am in Canada (Ottawa) if that matters.

Google is your friend.

It does matter that you're in Canada because there are tons of U.S. vendors that have problems figuring out how to ship to Canada, and there are some bothersome import/duty issues.

I've been running standard Corsair 1GB chips in my Intel iMac with no issues. Each chip was ~$82. Total cost with shipping for both was $17x something.
