New to me...my G4 Sawtooth ( stock 450mhz running OS 10.4.6 with 1 Gb ram ) has a newly installed Radeon 9200 ( or 9250?) Mac Edition AGP graphics card. The ATI Displays software and card's ROM firmware are current. When the computer awakens from deep sleep , the screen starts to "bleed" bright green and some magenta video artifacts on the single attached VGA monitor ( CRT generic). The artifacts clear up after restarting.
At first I thought it the Radeon card was just overheating, but since the problem goes away on a hot restart , I now suspect it's something to do with the ATI video driver not playing well with Sleep mode. Again , I do believe I have the latest driver and firmware installed... any suggestions ? ATI tech support is lamentable.
