I just received my Promac 3.0 Ghz. I ordered Applecare but didn't get any paperwork. I thought I got a physical "packet" or something. Should I have? Also, what about a rebate certificate for the free iPod.

It sounds like you got your Pro online, so I believe if you got the Applecare with it, it's auto-enrolled. Just go by here:
Apple - Support

Go down the right side to where it says "About your support coverage", copy your serial number into the field (just cut and paste it from system profiler), hit Go and it'll tell you what coverage you have (1 year or 3 years).
