Are there any good replacements for the Apple USB Modem for dial-up? The one I have is not reliable and have been using an Airport Extreme with modem but it is now flaky as well.

Thoughts appreciated......Rich

Sadly your best bet is buying Apple's new USB external modem which they provide as a $50 add on for their new laptops because they somehow assume everywhere you travel to in the world has WiFi or an ethernet jack waiting for you to plug in to so why not drop the 56k internal modem.....
