I'm baffled. According to the Apple Support the Power Mac can boot off of 100W, yet even at 120W and 10 Amps(after testing), the Power Mac will not boot. It shuts down almost imediately after an attempt to turn it on.

Can this computer really need more than 10 Amps to power up? Perhaps the power supply is failing?

I'm runnign through pages of support from apple, but thought I'd throw this one out there in hopes someone was aware of an issue.
