I'm running a quicksilver 867mhz cpu in my 466 digital audio right now, I have a 12v wire going to the 4th post hole, and a small 12v fan blowing on the heatsink running off a spare ide connection. 867 and 2MB L3 up and running for 3 wks. (I'm a night time turner offer). Aside from resetting the PMU switch, no other additions or alterations were neccessary. (see xlr8mac cpu data base and other internet info.) Anyway... has anybody put a QS dual 1ghz in a DA, or do you foresee any problems with that?

DA and QS board are very closely related, 1GHz ought to work in DA with the same 12VDC power mod.
