Hi guys.. Well just got the MacPro and trying to do with it like I did with my Dual G5 before.. that is to install the 74GB Raptor as the primary Boot drive.. The problem is that when I have it installed into the computer (space 1) the disk that came with the machine for installing OS X doesn't recognize it?

Also, if I place the original Apple diskdrive into the computer, the OS does find it... but not the Raptor, no matter which bay it's in?

Can anyone thing of what I may doing wrong? I was told there would be no dipswitches or pins to do when I got these from OWC..

thanks a bunch!

Figured it out... I HAD TO ERASE THE DRIVES FIRST!

Also, be careful when you first go to put the drives into the drawer to make sure they're facing the right way.. I had to re-do 3 of them cause I didn't pay attention..
