A few questions about my new iMac.

1. How do I install Firefox? do I drag the download the Applications file first before opening the file, and how do I have it show up on multiple accounts?

2. How do I have my iPhoto and iTunes libraries show up on multiple accounts?

3. When I download a program from the net, and it show up on the desk top what folder should I drag it to?

Thanks in advance!

1) Drag the Firefox app to your Applications folder to install it. To have it show up on multiple accounts, put it in the Applications folder at the root of your HD.

2) I'm not sure.

3) Usually you just drag them to your Applications folder. Sometimes they will have installers that you need to run.

2) Drag all of your photos/music to Macintosh HD> Users> Shared. It will show up in the same folder on all other accounts.

maroma nails questions 1 and 3.
Captnswing nails question 2:
Sharing one iTunes library between several users on one machine (captnswing.net)
But the short answer for #2 is also a question: "Are you sure you want to do this?!?!?"
