I just got my MacMini and need help. I can’t get past the keyboard recognition screen. I have a LogitecWireless keyboard and mouse, the mouse is working ok, but the keyboard freezes on “identifying your keyboard”. I did insert the Logitec CD, but it did nothing and now I can’t eject it. The PC’s have a pinhole for that, but I can’t find any on the mini. I did try starting holding the mouse button, but didn’t work.
Your help very much appreciated. I am supposed to have 90 days phone support, but where is the phone number?

I would try rebooting with an Apple keyboard and mouse. Let the system find the normal stuff first and then try getting it to work with your Logitech gear. The Apple keyboard also has a CD/DVD Eject key.

Is that Bluetooth or RF with a USB dongle? But yes, you should use something wired during the initial setup and then configure your wireless keyboard.
