Hey folks. Our new Mac Pro's arrived today.

We do heavy photoshop and after effects work (and some video). Graphics stuff primarily.

What is the best way to setup HD's in the Mac Pro to maximize efficiency?

One HD for the OS. Another for Applications and storage. And a third for storage/SWAP?

Or are you just as well off installing Applications on the OS HD and using the other two drives for storage/swap ?
