I'm made my decision to go with the Mac Pro 2.66Ghz and would like to know if the graphics card on it can support a 30" LCD either Apple or Dell.

Only one though. The second monitor can only use single-link DVI.

I find GC is pretty good. Playes Doom 3, Prey, HL2, Quake 4, FEAR really well (on XP).
I running a DELL 20" the 30" will rock!

It is of note that monitor support is not size-dependent, but dependent on whether it requires dual-link DVI and what the optimal resolution is.

Yes, that's true. It's because of the high resolution (2560 x 1600) of the Dell and Apple 30" displays that they require dual-link DVI. You can get displays (really LCD TVs) that are 32" or higher ,that have a terribly low resolution of 1366 x 768 that do not require dual-link DVI.
