I just bought a new Mac Pro, 3 Gig Xeon, 3 gigs ram and 30 inch screen.
I upgraded the card to the ATI 1900 (took the old card out). I am coming from a windows world, so bear with me.
Do I need to download drivers or anything? Things seem to work fine, but am I done?

No drivers required. You did plug in the power cable from the card to the motherboard though, right?

What kind of interface does tge WiFi/BT plug into the motherboard? I'm planning on getting a Mac Pro, but here in my region (Dubai), they dont have the WiFi/BT add-on currently available. I ask so if I could simply pick one up from an online store or if its a proprietary Apple interface that cannot be purchased from outside? In this case, I'll probably stick a Bluetooth USB device as I dont really need WiFi but do need BT for syncing my phone.

It should just be a modular plug-in socket, similar to airport cards. But a USB transceiver works just as well. There are many out there for far less than what apple would sell you an oem kit. The D-link DBT-120 is sold in a lot of online stores for ~$25-35, and come highly recommend by lots of folks on the net (including me, been using one for yrs to sync my cell and send pix to/from it)
check macmall, buy.com, j&r, pcconnection, etc etc

According to the Apple MacPro Developer Note the internal Bluetooth module connects to the system via the USB 2.0 bus and the internal WLAN module connects via PCI Extreme.
