Are there any PCI-Express cards out there for the Mac Pro that add Component, Composite, RF or VGA inputs?

Basically I'm trying to hook up a gaming console (a Wii, specifically) to my 23" ACD without blowing friggin' $300 on a component-->digital DVI converter box...
(apparently component-->analog DVI will not work with the ACDs).

I may just cave in and buy a small TV, but it seems like such a shame!
Be happy.

The EyeTV Hybrid ($150) or EyeTV 250 ($200) have low latency modes for use with game consoles. As a bonus, you get a TV tuner and DVR. That might be your best bet.
