I have recently purchased an Emac off of ebay and this computer will be my first apple computer. I am very curious as to the Macintosh operating system and the computer itself. The computer comes with a 60gb hard drive but i was wonderig can i add another hard drive to that?Could it hold two seperate hard drives? If so, how could i install my western digital 80gb hard drive? Thanks

No. The only machines that accept multiple drives are the towers. There's no room in the eMac for another drive. Consider an external Firewire or USB 2.0 drive case for your drive.

Apparently the eMac is one of the worst recent Macs to be inside, so I wouldn't recommend going with and internal drive swap. Go with an external firewire drive if you need more space.
If you have any more questions about your eMac or Mac OS X, search these forums or ask if you can't find anything!
