Hi, I just got a 250gb Seagate HD Internal to replace my 80gb housed in an external case. I was looking online and saw different opinions on setting the new drive as slave, or not even worrying about jumper settings. Do I need to take the little nub thing off so I have nothing on my jumpers?

For an external drive in a case by itself, the drive should be set as master or cable select.
