Tighten arm on iMac G4 -- specific tool?

The arm on this iMac G4 is a bit loose -- it doesn't quite hold its position as well as it used to. It appears the arm can be tightened by way of the two three-pronged "screws" at the top and bottom of the arm. Does anyone know if a tool to do this exists or will I just have to improvise?

There was apparently a tool which has been discontinued. You may luck into one somewhere. Look for an iMac G4 neck tool or something called neck tool pro.
