So I picked up an AIO G3 233mhz 192MB RAM 4GB HD.. Im kicking around the idea of upgrading it.. Ive got a 450mhz ZIF Pulled from a blue and white G3 along with the jumper block and im wondering if it would work if i just installed the zif and the jumper block.. Ive also got an internal CDRW Drive.. the wings AV card and an 18GB External Ultra SCSI HD to go with it.. My plan is to use it for some light video editing. Anyone know if this will work..

The cpu should work, but will only run @66mhz speeds, and the cdrw should also work so long you run an OS that supports it. IIRC, that model has a built in scsi port, so that external HD should work as well........

good luck

ty.. the external HD is a 15,000 RPK Segate Barracuda attached to a AH2940 UW SCSI Card.. Going to be used as a scratch disk.. My goal is to attempt to Edit with FCP 1.0 and DVD Studio Pro 1.0 in OS 9 on it. The wings card is supported in FCP which will be nice
