I have been plaining to new a computer in the new year and was going to make the jump to the Mac. I have been eyeing the MacBook but I'm starting to think that i don't really need a portable and i would been off to get the more powerful iMac. I just have a few questions

Does the iMac have any user replaceable parts and what are they?

What is the likelyhood of an iMac update (major or minor) by the time 10.5 is release?

What DVD region free solutions are there for Intel Macs?

i'm also curious about replaceable/changeable, as i'd like a better graphics card in a 17 model. can i swap out graphics cards?

User serviceable parts:

RAM
Hard drive (depending on model of machine as to how easy or hard.)

Not changeable in any way: Graphics card. It's built into the motherboard. Period.
