Has anyone used Western Digitals raptor in a raid-0 configuration? If so, how is the performance increase? Or, does anyone know where I can find a performance chart? Any input would be appreciated.

Yes.

If anyone is interested, here is a link with some interesting performance charts. Although they are based on Windows tests they may be helpful.
