Hi guys.
I have a 300GB seagate in an external enclosure, and it was working fine until a couple of days ago. Now, it won't mount, and when I try to verify it, it says it needs to be repaired. When I try to repair it, it says this (under disk utility):
"Verify and Repair disk “External”
Checking HFS Plus volume.
Checking Extents Overflow file.
Checking Catalog file.
Invalid sibling link
Volume check failed.
Error: The underlying task reported failure on exit
1 HFS volume checked
1 volume could not be repaired because of an error"
I really *really* need the data on this volume. Any suggestions?
