Hiyah.. I have a Mac Pro 2.66Ghz, and I recently put in a bunch more (6GBs) memory..
Right now, I have it set to

1GB on Riser A/DIMM1,
1GB on Riser A/DIMM2,
512MB on Riser A/DIMM3,
512MB on Riser A/DIMM4,

and then
2GB on Riser B/DIMM1,
2GB on Riser B/DIMM2.

Is that the right way to do it, or should I put everything on Riser A?

I'm mainly doing tons of high-resolution graphic design type fun stuff with a little webdesign and music thrown in.

And abusive multitasking/ADD.

Eh?

Ermm.. I just realized what I meant to say was- Put the 512s on Riser B, and the 2GBs together with the 1GBs on Riser A?

You've got it right. The larger DIMMs go closer to the motherboard. I don't think it matters if you have the 1G chips on A and the 2G chips on B or vice versa, but you don't want the 1G and 2G chips on the same riser.
