Presuming that we are soon due for a Mini upgrade that would have "N" capabilities for wireless transmission...

Should I purchase the Airport Extreme now and serve up media via the USB port and an external drive.

or wait and get a Mini that I would use as a headless media server?

Would there be any need for both if I already am using an express?

AppleTV is on order
and we have a wired and wireless network to choose from
