I left the computer idle for a couple of minutes and came back and it had the following kernel panic. I think it has something to do with the upgraded CPU but I'm not sure and as hoping to have someone with some experience examine the crash log. I have read some info online but nothing really seemed to help me out. Thanks for your time.

It panicked on different CPUs, but didn't give a driver backtrace on either panic. Is anyone else thinking it's a marginal RAM stick?

Assuming this is the system in your sig, you could also try backing off the clock speed a bit, see if the system becomes stable.

Yep, it's the PowerMac in my sig. PowerLogix does not have the CPU Director software needed to change the processor speed out for 10.4.9 yet so I cannot change the CPU speed at the moment.
