iMac FrontRow w/ a LCD TV

With the potential update of the iMac this month and the arrival of my 40-inch LCD TV I would like to use the FrontRow interface to play videos.

My question is can I choose to have FrontRow & other vids display on the LCD TV while the iMac's LCD is dedicated to back-end tasks like browsing and other stuff.

I would have considered the Mac mini but I need at least 2 display setup.

To just play videos on the TV while doing other stuff on your Mac, you could just play the videos in VLC/Quicktime/etc and drag them over to the 2nd display.

My current Windows-based video system works in this way. I want to take advaantage of FrontRow and the Apple Remote to make it easier to use.

I also want to setup a system my mom can run on her own and FrontRow's + Apple Remote is the most elegant solution I've seen so far.
