mac mini and microphones?

My mac mini has a headphone port. Is there port for microphone/voice? For skype.

I solve it. My G4 1.25Ghz mini has no microphone:
(maybe usb is ok)
* Built-in speaker and headphone/line-out jack
|

A USB mic will work.
Macs have not had microphone inputs in about fifteen years - all the inputs since then have been LINE-level only.

Why not? my pc laptops allowed skype headsets.
Another reason why i can't dedicate 100% to Mac.
Maybe Mac and PC should become 1?

Built in mic pre-amps are great if what you want is to plug in a headset mic. Yes, I know, buy a new one that's usb. That sucks. Get a usb line in.
