Hi guys and gals,

I'm currently thinking of setting up a home entertainment system, this will primarily be made up of a HDTV, ADM9 Multi Media Loudspeakers (my father is a audiophile).Apple Mini, Xbox 360 (with HD DVD add on) and an external hard drive for extra storage for the mac.

I really wanted to know what are the best HDTV which are good to set up with this sort of system, I know the Sony Bravia come with a D-Sub 15 pin connector, do most HDTV's come with this sort of connector?

Also I know this this isn't a HDTV enthusiasts forum, but any commendation as too a good LCD HDTV? I'm looking to spend (top-whack) £2000 (around $4000).

Thanks,

William

You don't want VGA; you want a TV with HDMI (which is DVI+audio) for the best picture quality.

Sharp Aquos and Sony Bravia are both good lines of LCD TVs.

Samsungs are nice too. If your wallet is on a diet you might wanna go for Vizio.
