Did you match the RAM to the knowledge based published specifications for your specific model?
Very important as different generations of the Quicksilvers use different RAM.

Visit Apple - Support and enter your PowerMac's serial number to get its "AppleCare name" ...then do a specifications search and see if that RAM is correct.

You can put most PC133 ram in a system rated for PC100 & it will just downclock itself to run at 100mhz........

HOWEVER, PC100 ram does NOT have the ability to UPclock itself to 133mhz when installed in system spec'd for PC133.....

And FYI, ALL Quicksilvers are spec'd for PC133, 3.3v, 168pin SDRAM, unbuffered, 8ns, 3x 512mb max............so make 100% certain that any ram you buy meets these specs
Signatures are ugly. Bitchy women are ugly......YOU do the math :)
