Hi, I have a flat panel imac that came with those round speakers. I have since upgraded to a better sound system and would like to use the original imac speakers for my PowerBook G4, but need an adapter. The Apple store does not have one any suggestions? Thanks.

There used to be a product named the "iFire". You can still find it used. It does what you require, but it hooks up via Firewire.
