Hi guys,

I have a real easy question and I am almost certain it will be ok but just wanted to make sure. I want to buy 2 new HDD for my MacPro to RAID them, but after looking on the Apple site the sizes they have listed under what HDD can go in the 2nd and 3rd bay are only 500Gb and 750Gb. I was thinking of getting 320Gb best size per buck right now.

I'm guessing Apple on lists those drive sizes becuase thats the size you have to choose from when making a custom build. But will any drive size work? I can't imagine why it wouldn't but would rather find out now, esp after I brought an old airport card with the MacPro hoping to install myself just to find out they have changed it.

1. any size will work
2. for raid they have to be the same size
3. some 500s are cheaper then 320
