I have a mac pro with bootcamp and the windowsXP side is really clunky. All windows fishtail when you drag them. Plus I am not able to utilize my keyboard funtion keys like volume up and down on the windows. Where do I find the right downloads and what are they?

Moderator note: I broke the email, and obscured it. It is a very bad idea to post working emails in public, bots regularly visit our board, and add any exposed emails to spam lists. Also, people should reply here, so there is no obvious need to post the email at all.
