imac g3 wont boot after accidental osx cd inserted

I was working on 2 imacs at the same time and accidentally inserted my osx cd into the one that I hadn’t updated the rom in. Now it won’t boot. I get a black screen and a green power light that come on and that’s it. It is a g3 400mhz slot load with 128mb of ram. HELP

Just inserting an OS X CD would not cause that problem. Even just trying to install OS X wouldn't be that bad because the installer would tell you it couldn't install because updated firmware was required. Try booting from an OS 9 CD, if you have one. But I think this problem may be something else wrong with the machine.
