At the Apple Mac mini's webpage is possible to read that the new C2D Mac mini is 64 bit compatible (I suppose both models). Would this could mean the Mac mini's come with the T7100 and T7300, those processors have 800 Mhz FSB, I suppose too we could expect a new Mac mini's motherboard too

Apple's webpage also states that the FSB is 667 MHz, sorry, my apologies, was having a wet dream.

Nope, they're still using a 667Mhz FSB with the 945GM chipset. The GPU is the giveaway; you can't have an 800Mhz FSB and GMA950.

Yes, the chips would be T5500 (1.83Ghz/2MB) and T7200 (2.0Ghz/4MB) and Socket M. You're welcome to upgrade it to T7600 (2.33Ghz/4MB) if you'd like.
