Not too consistent really. My guess is the Mac users who like the glossy ones like the richer colours, and the PC users just don't appreciate it as much.
Also the larger number of Mac undecided probably represent people who haven't been forced to upgrade since glossy screens came in, since their old machines are reliable for more than two years before being gummed up with spyware, viruses and AV software, or being obsoleted by Vista.
