Hi folks,

I considering to add bluetooth to my powermac G5 DP 2.5GHz. It seems to me that all available bluetooth modules are bluetooth v1.0. The v2.0 module is only for dual core powermac G5's and Mac pro's. Am I right?

I know there are plenty of bluetooth 2.0 USB adaptors but it would be the best if I don't use one of these three "precious" USB ports.

Thanks for any suggestion.

Your best bet is a USB adapter, honestly. If you're not wanting to use one of the ports on the rear of the machine for it, you could always plug it into the keyboard.
