basically just pry them out, get a small stick under them and push down, they should pop out.

Just be careful that you pry off the key cap and not the plastic mechanism that attaches to the board, or you may break the key. If the new aluminum board is similar to the macbook, it is really easy. Get a small flathead screw driver. That will work. Are you new to Dvorak?
