Not that I know of, the iMac being an all in one design, its primarily a closed designed.

No. You can upgrade the RAM if it's in warranty, and the hard drive or optical drive if it's out of warranty.

No. The 24" Intel iMac briefly had theoretically upgradeable graphics (although there aren't any upgrades available), but otherwise you can't upgrade the graphics in any iMac.
